The 300mm tube length gives you a clean heat profile across the target zone, with minimal stray warmth. We chose 400V input on purpose. It keeps current lower for the same wattage, which means less voltage drop over longer wiring runs and fewer I²R losses inside the feedthroughs. And the 2500W rating? That gives you serious heat density, so you hit setpoint fast. But there’s a trade-off. High density needs solid chamber cooling and good thermal management. If the heat sinking is too small, the control loop has to work harder, and overshoot becomes more likely.
